VAWG engagement The Marlowe's Shopping Centre |

Dear Resident
Local Neighbourhood policing Officers held violence against women and girls (VAWG) pop up stand was held in the Marlowe's Shopping centre on Saturday 14th February. This event was held in support to Red kite’s What were you wearing exhibition which is an installation raising awareness and challenging assumptions about rape and sexual assault. The Police event was aimed to combine tangible tools and safety advice to help women and girls feel safe in Hemel Town centre, either during the day and at night. Anti-spiking kits were handed out to attendees, as well as practical advice on how to use the Ask for Angela and Ask for Clive safety schemes, and the free Hollie Guard personal safety app.
The Red Kite's exhibition is on in the Marlowe's until Saturday 21st Feb.
